Jan Pinse - a homeless man portrayed at the People's Summit (Folkemødet) 2018.

Since 2018 Martin Thaulow has been working on an analogue 'instagram' exhibition called PEOPLE (FOLK). It is a series of portraits of participants attending the annual meeting in June on the Danish island of Bornholm.

The depicted are from all levels of society. From the locals to celebrities, from the homeless to the prime minister. The portraits are shot on site, printed in large scale and displayed in a mix at all entrances at the summit the same day. The outdoor exhibit evolves and continues throughout the 3 days the summit lasts.

When buying the work of Martin Thaulow you support and make it possible for him to continue his work. Thanks!
